Notice: Student-led Conferences
Dear Parents:
Student-led Conferences are scheduled for Tuesday, November 29, 2011 from 3:00 pm – 7:40 pm. Student-led conferences are a time for you and your child to celebrate the work they have accomplished this term. Each student has twenty minutes to showcase their work. Please be respectful of the parents who have been scheduled before and after your time. If you or the teacher require a separate interview regarding your child’s academic or social progress, please set up a separate appointment time. Please indicate with an “X” approximately what time is convenient for you to see your child(ren)’s work.

Please return this notice with your child by Tuesday, November 15, 2011. A confirmation letter will be sent home by Friday, November 18, 2011. If we have not received this form back by the due date, we will assume that anytime will work for you.
Please note that there is NO SCHOOL on Tuesday, November 29th. Students are required to come, dressed in school uniform, with their parents during the allotted time. Thank you for your co-operation. We are looking forward to meeting with you.
