Notice: OLM Annual Christmas Raffle

Dear Parents & Guardians:

On Tuesday November 8th, 2011 your child(ren) will be bringing home allocated booklets of Christmas Raffle Tickets which can be sold to family, friends and co-workers.

Or, as many have done in past years, you may purchase the entire three sets of booklets per student and keep the tickets for yourselves.

Please keep track of your ticket booklets as they have been assigned by number and will be recorded once they are returned to the school. Your allocated booklets of ticket stubs with payment attached must be returned by Friday November 25th , 2011.

The booklets are still required back even if you are unable to sell the tickets, but please keep your fundraising commitment in mind. This is a perfect opportunity to meet your fundraising commitment fee, as it is our second largest fundraiser of the year (next to the annual Walk-A-Thon in June). 90% of your total will go towards your Fundraising Commitment Fee. Prizes are:

- Two $ 500.00 gift cards to Metropolis at Metrotown
- Several Food Hampers

Tickets are $2.00 each, or $10.00 for a complete booklet of five tickets.

Draw Date is Thursday December 15th, 2011 @ 9:00 am at OLM School.

Please remember to attach payment as tickets cannot be entered into the draw if payment has not been attached. You may pay by cash or cheque payable to OLM School.
