Pizza Orders
For those who placed an order, the pizzas will be ready for pick up on Thursday, April 1st, until 11:30am. Any pizzas not picked up by then will be sent home with the eldest student.

Walk-A-Thon Pledge Forms Due April 12, 2010

Completed pledge forms are due and must be submitted by April 12th in order to qualify for the Walk-A-Thon T-Shirt and Medal. Payment must be attached with the pledge form

OLM Craft/Product Fair – Thursday, April 15th, 3:00pm to 8:00pm

We are pleased to announce that OLM School will be holding a Craft/Product Fair during Student Led Conferences on Thursday April 15th, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

If you have special items that you would like to sell (arts, crafts, jewelry, pottery, soap, candles, greeting cards, etc.) please join this fun event. You may also rent a table if you are a representative for catalogue sales (for example, Mary Kay, Avon, Watkins, etc.) to promote your products.

Tables will be rented for $10.00 each. If you wish to book a table and be part of the Craft Fair (or if you have any questions about this event), please email your contact information to sgast@shaw.ca. Tables need to be booked by Monday April 12th.

OLM Track Meet – Wednesday April 28th

The OLM Track Meet will be taking place on Wednesday April 28th. We still require volunteers to help with this fun event. If you are able to volunteer between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm, please contact christinerao3@hotmail.com with your contact information by Wednesday April 14th. Thank you!

Student-led Conferences

Dear Parents:

Student-led Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, April 15th from 3:00 pm – 7:40 pm. Student-led conferences are a time for you and your child to celebrate the work they have accomplished throughout the year. Each student has twenty minutes to showcase their work. Please be respectful of the parents who have been scheduled before and after your time. If you or the teacher require a separate interview regarding your child’s academic or social progress, please set up a separate appointment time. Please indicate with an “X” approximately what time is convenient for you to see your child(ren)’s work.

Please return this notice with your child by Wednesday, April 7, 2010. A confirmation letter will be sent home by Friday, April 9, 2010. If we have not received this form back by the due date, we will assume that anytime will work for you.

Please note that there is NO SCHOOL on Thursday, April 15th. Students are required to come with their parents during the allotted time. Thank you for your co-operation. We are looking forward to meeting with you.
